    Important notes and tips:

    • This report has three parts:
      • Part 1 - Narrative questions: Required for all partners
      • Part 2 - Quantitative Metrics  Not all quantitative metrics will apply to all projects. Please discuss with your Project Sponsor if you are not sure which metrics to report on.
      • Part 3 - Optional questions (including sharing photos)
